It ranks highest for causing cancer deaths in US women of all races except Hispanic, for whom lung cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death.
3. Colorectal cancer is the third most often occurring cancer among white, black, and American Indian/ Alaska Native women, and the second among Asian/Pacific Islander and Hispanic women. It also ranked third among the leading causes of cancer deaths among women of all races.
